    • I haven't been active for a long time, but I hope to post more poems in the next few days.

    the traveller
    i leave the way
    i came, with nothing
    but those that i had
    but yes, i would leave behind
    my own footsteps,
    and more, and more!

    i settle once again
    and who knows how long
    would i stay?
    yet as i stay, i shall
    move this place and make it
    much, much better, perhaps
    if only You would let me
    yes, i could.

    don't look at me
    with envy or spite
    i won't stay long
    i only came
    to make a difference.

    I rate this poem a 10, too, just like Mr. Hampton! It is really full of heart and it does have a soul!

    I rated this poem a 10 and it shows that I am the only person that has rated the poem yet it came up with an overall rating of 7. I think a bug may be at play.

    This is a very heartfelt meaningful piece of work that also carries a message. It has poetic soul.
