To bathe in tears of Thunderclaps

As the rain pours upon me washing the stink from exhausted skin...sweat from journey a constant...for the sun prevaileth on the hard pan....and mine journey is full of heat...treacherous heat...

But...here it comes upon me now...I let the tears of thunderclaps wash my sweat lined and sand stained face... I embrace this wonderful feeling, the cleanse and renewal.... and gratefully I bathe in the very place I stand.

I watch the scape come alive with creatures, moments before, hidden from the careful eyes of the lone mortal who walks in search of the Doorway.

" I am not alone." I think quietly with smile breaking wide... I take it in...remembering bits of verse...-infinite creations...each unique and with spirit...for they exist and are intelligent...all mortality set into existence within their specific spheres of Glory...

and here I stand so small and singular...with bright eyes wet with mine own tears of joy...for heaven dwelleth even here...with me...for a moment I am not alone...on this journey.

I sense much within this.....a deeply appreciative poem, or a poem that has re-found the feelings of appreciation. For a moment, the fight is put to rest and the moment is embraced. To feel the rain. To see the beauty of creation. To see oneself as a something that came from nothing, instead of being something heading into nothing. The coin is flipped, the sides are switched, and humbleness brings even the greatest aggression to its knees... if only for a moment.
