  • I absolutely love my girlfriend i don't know what i would ever do without her here in my life

To Get Rid Of Pain

You cut to make the pain disappear
wearing a mask to hide your deepest fear
i see past the mask that is so near
you know I care and treat you dear
you pop pills to make the pain fade away
putting your mask back on to hide the truth
afraid but  accepting the fate that is near
i try to fight away the fear
trying to hold back the tears
your going into unconciousness
praying for a miracle I save the life
you are angry and upset with me
wishing i could of just let you be
thinking your finally free
you wake up here
alive...
i told you i wouldn't leave you behind
i wasn't giving up cause you were so kind
always loving and caring for others
but when alone it all disappears
you cut to make the pain disappear
you pop pills to make the pain fade away
as you wear your mask which hides the pain
i see your fears
behind the mask as your holding back the tears
i can see your pain
through your eyes as you try to hide in vain
while getting rid of the pain

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
