To J.

Fear /of Commitment/

To J.

You asked me what I want. I told you.
And nothing has changed ever since.
You have stayed, wandering between
feelings, bans, considerations and walls.
Hesitance, fears and limits -
do not go well with love.

Just forget about them!

On the Milky Way
 Let's go for a walk.

I know I am not an expert but this sounds too cryptic. I think I have an idea of what you are talking about but that is what I think the problem is, I think I know. I do like the last line, it reminds me of "Lets go to Subway."

Actually the poem's title says it all:-)

Thank you for the comment. Well, it is about hesitance and fear of making decisions and probably taking the responsibility for it. I have written it coming from a concrete situation and conversation, I think women know what I am talking about. If you have a question please let me know. Thank you for your time to read it. Best wishes, Mariana

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
