    To my Babe, Coty

Looking up to you your lips beg that kiss
Your arms are holding me it feels so bliss
Shine that wonderful warm love onto me
I ask it with a small voice and a hint of plea

Everyday with you is just so grand
Every moment we spend isn’t bland
Fireworks spark each time you say I love you
As I look at your eyes I can see them in you too

Oh babe I can never get tired of moments shared
It was like God saying “those two MUST to be paired”
Twitches in our relationship always come and go
When I first saw you, you were like a present with a bow

Coty you’re the best gift I have ever received
When we first got together no one really believed
Our romantic times always turn out to be a blast
It’s just too bad that time goes by so fast

Our future awaits and the gold band is waiting
There isn’t enough time for us to be debating
Asking you out was definitely destined
For each trouble they give us, time is lessened

My life will be yours the day I wear that wedding dress
If you ever leave me oh babe I will be in deep distress
You are for surely my knight in shining armor
You know who said that? It was Euphemia: my martyr

Every night I imagine our beautiful white wedding
Also our honeymoon with dark satin bedding
In church one day we will hear Innocenty and Euphemia McGee
The bells are ringing when I think about it; can you hear it baby?

One day we will be walking down a tropical beach at night
It will be so romantic there’d be no reason to fight
Your romantic side flashes out very bright to me
That is my favorite side and we were obviously meant to be

I love you Coty, I love you so very much
My spine and body tingles anywhere you touch
I can’t show you how I feel with what I do
But through these words I hope you know that I really do love you
