    True Guilt

Sacrafices, ups and downs..days of heartache and loneliness
Being sickened by the thought of them being with someone other than you
Arms cold, holding yourself close..longing to hear the voice of them
Are they really happy?Have they really forgotten you?
    You weap,can't sleep,and it hurts
Heartbeats going as fast as bullets
    Speeding,rushing...hoping
What's left here?Where do broken hearts go?
You turn to the wrong things, wrong people, wrong change
You try to stop but you strive to be loved
You want to feel the sense of belonging, just once more..please
    You beg..
When all has stopped and when you think all has failed
God lifts you and tells you to be strong
Don't you hate giving invitations to your heart and then they just stomp all over it?
    Happiness,that's all I want
Where do broken hearts go?Where do they reside?
Wanting the one you once had, realizing they're with another(maybe more than one)
Wanting a smile every once in a while..like it was
Its ok though because I'm fine..true love will come if its not already here

broken hearts dont stay broken they heal Live Learn Grow

Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
