    Untitled.

    This is all I am.
    Nothing but a memory.
    A haunting.
A reminder of what you used to be.

    I take all my pain,
And chain it to my chest.
I feel it in my soul,
    There is no happiness left.

When you cry I feel it,
    I feel the warm tears,
    Falling down your cheeks,
    Until they disappear.

    I feel your suffering,
The pain they have caused you.
The hate you have for them,
    For yourself.

    I know the pain,
It’s as real to me as it is to you.
I soak up pain like sunshine,
But there is no happiness for me.

I’m just a ball of misery,
All kept together so I can’t break free.
    There is no escaping,
It is me, I am it.

Very good poem, life is hard but the tough always make it. Just remember that.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
