    Your Territory

I walked right into your territory
    and you didn't even notice
    your scent upon the air
    your presence upon the walls
    yet you weren't there.

I was welcomed with open arms
and your family still doesn't know
their so naive to your hatred
their so clueless to our affair
    yet you weren't there.

I'm expecting to meet you somewhere
and see hostility in your eyes
    but it hasn't happened yet
    but it's not even plausible
    and you'll never be there.
