    Your Turn

    What do I know,
I always go with my own flow,
Even if you don't like the flow.

    You really think I care,
That you suddenly want to share,
When you had a chance you wouldn't dare.

    Close the door,
    Crumple to the floor,
I want nothing to do with you anymore.

    No more games,
    No more shame,
You're just as much to blame.

    Feel the burn,
    Now it's your turn,
Pain you never thought you'd learn.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
