    You're Pain

I sit here thinking of your pain.
I wonder how you keep so sane.
You put on a front and I know,
the pain you have has got to grow.
I see myself in your place.
I know the pain would show on my face.
My heart aches for you right now.
But you'll be okay I know somehow.
Just look to God and he'll be your guide.
Your mom has taken the heavenly ride.
Be happy and know that she's up there.
Watching over you with love and care.
So hear me now and wipe your tears.
Faith in God will cure all fears.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
