    • "I have a garden of my own, Shining with flowers of every hue; I loved it dearly while alone, But I shall love it more with you..." Thomas Moore

    1-14-1998

~Take these crystals of power, hold them close to your heart.
In our minds and souls forever, we will never part.
Our love will forever be strong and growing, take these crystals.
Hold them up to the window, look out and make a wish.
I will appear in the fields and do upon your wish.
I grant the heal of broken hearts, the crystals are aglow.
Take the crystal down, turn it very slow.
Shining in the moonlight, I feel the heat of light
I am trying to reach out to you with all of my might.
The love I sense is strong and the crystal gives out a ray of light
Use this light of a ray of hope, that I am thinking of you tonight.
Crystals have the power to tell me things you wish to say,
I will be here for you tomorrow as night turns into day.
    Escape from your window, run out to meet me;
Put your arms around me baby, don't let go.
I feel the crystals power between me and you,
we will run in the fields together; tell me where you long to go.
The crystals will take us there, like a shooting star,
hop on for the ride, we don't have very far.
Whatever your dreams or fears, I will make you feel safe.
We will handle this road together, we will walk the world alone.
No-one is here to save us, all we have is each other,
but we will make it sweetie, as long as we're together.~

i really liked this one. was this part of your wedding vows? it seems to be a simple romantic moment between 2 people. great job.

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
