    My kids
    You are my life, my soul, my everything.
    I enjoy every moment; look forward to each day.
    I will always love you; more than words could say.
    You touch my heart every minute of every day.
    You are with me wherever I go.
    Mommy loves you two.
    Nathan and Noah- the sunshine through my rain.
    Thank you for making me smile; you take away my pain.
    It won't be long until we are together again-
    This bond can't be taken away; this mom and her two sons.

    Your poe is very heartfelt and sincere. They (your sons) seem to be your inspiration for living. May you find your way back to them and rekindle and reconnect the love that you feel, by the act of love that you will do.
