Alive and Free

The wind blows from left to right.
Forever in movement but never in sight.
You kind of have to envy the wind.
The wind that is forever alive and free.
Never having to deal with ridicule and
the hatred of the world.
Forever alive and free.
For the wind is never seen.

Simple and sweet. The ending seems too sudden or something. Missed the rythm and liked the rhyme. Your message was right on time. Write on....

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
