and alone you sat three tables back
I dreamed of you watchng me from afar.Three tables back you sat.
A man approaches me and stands in the line. He is so eager and happy just to be around me. Laughing and making a sincere and obvious attempt at securing my affections.
He left no room at all for me to wonder he was so forhright. See there were plenty of other ladies around but truly on me his light shined.
Watching alone you sat three tables back.
Even I was kinda taken aback by his enthusiam.
Had me wondering about his motives.
But his joy was contagious and I found myself smiling liking his temperment.
And you sat three tables back.
You interferred not and I know why. Because you don't love me.
People may say in their ignorance they let real love go but I now know you won't let true love go.
So with this intriguing gentleman I left as you sat and watched three tables back.
