    Dreaming

Of all the times in my life
I've sweat the big jobs in hopes I might
win a friend. win a trust
both would be nice, both could rust
my pride shoved aside, i no longer hide
in gloomy darkness to die, to bust
    I'm contented just to feel...that i have
found a true friend in need
    in you my dear
