Face of Fallacy

Face of Fallacy

Crippled of ripe words,
We stand stiffly among this
Unwelcome air.

Beathe.

Transpired tension is pinched,
Pulled of tendancies,
Plucked by selfish fingers.

Unexpected apathy grips me,
My sanity...

Breathe.
Breathe.

Hell yeah like silent subliminal suffocation. -Unexpected apathy- like it just creeps up on ya. Takes over what you thougth you had controlled. Good read.

How descriptive of the chilling effect of selfishness. It stifles all overtures of society past even formal discourse. Like a canary in a coal mine, the poet feels it first, and sings a warning to all who would listen.
