Finding Hell

Finding Hell

Charging the depths of Hell
With my passion and emotions,
I die with love, in this unforgotten spell.

I seek not life, nor my own selfish desires.
What i seek is a lost love
who is healed in the heavens of my fire.

I seek a king of many
In this Oblivious Fate.
A king i call, "Father."

In Hell nor in Heaven
I find what i want found.

Rain falls
Over my eyes.
Trees stand tall
and they tie
a knot in the interweaving time.

Too late am I,
A Seeker on a journey.
Too late seek I,
A daughter seeing her dad.
Too late is the Daughter,
whose dad has lived again.

Crying and fighting demons inside
I lash out my anger and feelings
Charging everything to the depths of Hell,
for I was too late to seek my father again.

A life so gentil and calm
A life so dignified
A life that was lost but is found in the heart
A life I called my DAD.
By honouring the dead, we seek what was lost

In our own Hell.
And in our own Heaven we find what was lost.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
