For My Mom
This is dedicated to my beautiful mother, Sheila Mae Hoopingarner
They opened the door, they called out
your name
From this day on it will never be the
same
This place is empty, a dirty little
hole
No one is here to play my Mothers role
I miss you Mom, it's just not the
same
I'm laying here wishing they had
never called your name
One day soon I will be on my way,
Making it closer to freedom, and us
doing good is all that I pray
This place is empty, this place is
gray,
But I will soon be home with my
family, enjoying the day.
I Love & Miss You Mom!

They opened the door, they called out
your name
From this day on it will never be the
same
This place is empty, a dirty little
hole
No one is here to play my Mothers role
I miss you Mom, it's just not the
same
I'm laying here wishing they had
never called your name
One day soon I will be on my way,
Making it closer to freedom, and us
doing good is all that I pray
This place is empty, this place is
gray,
But I will soon be home with my
family, enjoying the day.
I Love & Miss You Mom!
