    Poem Commentary

I wrote four letters.  They contain the breadth and height of what I wanted to write. Howbeit enclosing only a sentence with six words, who can stop me from sending them ?

    four letters

    no mortal mind
    may deem to
    STOP

    a jovial soul
    who blithely
    OPTS

    breathtaking thoughts
    his wits may
    POST

    like trees as high
    as mountain
    TOPS

    or meadows laid
    in flower
    POTS

    on this alluring hearty
    SPOT!

I'd say this is fantastic! It's not easy to search for four words that ended in rhyme. 10+

Very clever!! I like the set up of this one. I like how the words on top form to point to the four-letter words. Very Cool!!

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
