Biography

Daily inspiration mimics my existence, and drives my inner soul to express with words the waves of emotion that flows within the vast and ever changing recesses of my mind.

I love my beautiful talented and brilliant daughter, I enjoy writing - I appreciate the meditation and inspiration that it provides, and sports has always been a large part of my life (Triathlons and Marathons my biggest challenge). I thank all my great family and friends for all their support of my love and interests... for daily encouragement in life - a life that is full of blessings.
