  • I have realized that life is beautiful in the midst of its ugliness.

Poem Commentary

This poem shows how easily the body can be easily mislead into believing in something that is not real, sacaficing the safety the heart and mind. The mind becomes aware of what is going on and tells the heart to seperate itself, so it does. In doing so, the heart sacrafices the body, to protect itself and the mind.

Great Sacrafice

Cunning is the tongue,
Deceiving is the eye,
Deafening is the ear,
Numbing is the touch.

But the mind is aware
and it told the heart to separate itself,
from the body.
Protection is a must, at all cost.
Even if it means surviving without.
