    Guts

    When all natural forces began to erupt
    and the world we know was to self-destruct
    Love I'd take with me, all else I'd leave behind
    as thanks to the earth that was robbed from me blind,

     I never knew of peace and tranquility....
    I would walk into the flame, tsunami or hurricane
    with my arms wide spread with that grin of mine, twisted,
    comforted by the fact; I at least existed
    Made my mark.
    It's time to depart...
