    Wild Karma

I wish I could force myself into numbness at times
at times so sour I've tasted limes

    No tequila to accompany it
I'm left with my senses to face the thick of it

The density of turmoil can crush ones hopes
causing pain that couldn't be seen with the strongest of telescopes

In a world wild and sometimes grim
life tries to tear the weak limb from limb

The strong will survive, will always win
and karma exacts her revenge from within.
