    Her Wait...

There was this girl whose name I know not
She had a love and she loved him a lot.
He also loved her very very true
But such couples are not at all few.
Never apart, they were birds of a feather
They'd swore to spend their lives together,
But time passed and some things did alter.
His priorities changed; had not time for her.
She still loved him as much as she used to,
But he was busy; lots of things to do
Everyday she waited for him to come,
N he everyday had reasons some.
Her wistful wait continues even today
Because she knows he'll have time for her some day...

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
