    Husband's love

Husband, you are a breeze of cool air washed in the minty ferver of a harvest moon.

I miss your wooly brush of cheek to cheek in the dawn of tender morn'

Your embrace I miss as the red light of evening emerges and glistens on the glass of my window.

May our days apart be short and the future by bright and free from the heaviness of life.

For soon we will be side by side again, our hearts pounding among the linens of our feathery bed.

Husband, you are a tender bluejay on the tree branch of calm night. The moon hovers above you and I. So, as of yet, we are reminded of togetherness.
