I Asked, and HIS Reply

How can I let go when everything says fight for you.

How can I show you I'd die for you.

Being your all and holding you down,

So that your heart doesn't end up lost and found.

How can I breathe when you were my life?

All that I wanted in a woman and wife.

How to move on when the LORD say stay,

Make her see you’re her blessing today.

Make her believe in me, help her to see,

That her blessing and yours  was granted by me.

That I can't make her feel or see in some fashion,

That you were put here to bring out her passion,

Not passion for sex but share your love of life.

To be all she needs in her strife filled life.

My son get on your knees and show her you believe

That a love like this is all that she needs.

Show her the path I have laid for you both.

Show her my love, for her in the growth.

Of a future together and a lifetime of lessons

From the love of your heart, show all of my teachings.

Don't let her go, just help her grow and realize it's ok to let go.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
