I Stand Frozen

I Stand Frozen

I Stand Frozen

My life waits for me on the other side of that bridge

But I stand afraid to cross it

I walk here everyday

Spring, summer, fall and now winter

What's my excuse now

I stand frozen like the bridge

I stand frozen in my mind

I stand frozen

All it will take is for some courage

Some faith

Believing in me

I can do

So I tell me, go

Be the first to cross that bridge

Cross that bridge frozen

Let it know nothing will stand in the way of your life

Because on the otherside of that bridge is your life

Do not stand there...Frozen.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
