than to let a person go in and out of my heart, using me for there benefit and satifaction
than to watch the valleys form on my face from tha long nites of crying
than to give a person my everything and they take it for granted

before i let myself go back to tha things i so desperately needed to stop
before i let a person take my words and used then to their own advantage
before i let a person make me feel like everything i say is petty or meaningless

without tha worries of making a person happy and me being sad within
without having to risk arguing because i said tha way i felt about sumthing
without having to worry if a persons goin to treat me tha way i treat them

unless i can find a person that will take me for who i am, neva tryin to change tha least bit of me
unless i can find a person who will let me kno things will be ok when i need to hear it
unless i can find a person who puts in a real effort to make not only me but my heart happy
