Some times it’s just better to cry

Then to hold it in and walk by

Just take a step take it back

Don’t focus on the things you lack

Take a breath stand up tall

Don’t let this chin begin to fall

Take a break let yourself loose

Don’t give your self this abuse

Take the broken puzzle and piece it back together

Let your heart be as light as a feather

When you’re a teen and some body says they love you

They’re always going to turn around and say it to

They are not the one to blame

They honestly thought they felt the same

But then they decide they stopped

And I know it feels like it’s your heart they’ve dropped

But you need to be strong

Even if you feel like you heart has no where to belong

Take that chip of your shoulder

Wipe that tear and swallow that boulder

Take that frown down and smile for a change

Keep your happiness in range

Hear the world sing to you

Let your heart sing too

Till sadness creeps up on you again
