Lord, Save The Children
Lord, save the children from a life of sin
Teach them that their beauty lies within
Lord, save the children,give them a voice to speak
Teach them the world is theirs if only they'll seek
I write to give you insight because I am concerned
Teach them to respect each other and go to school and learn
Give them a reason to live,show them how special they are
Young women are the earth,young men are the beautiful stars
I pray this poem does reach you before this world does end
Answer my prayers from my heart, Lord, save the children
