Meditation

I feel the spark of life in my back
Dancing about on my back
I feel a fire deep inside
Is this god's design
How the fire burst, erupts
The energy it contains is enough
My body shakes and quiver
When it's over I feel better
I close my eyes and focus on the star
It seems so near but so far
I collapse on the ground
Laying their in the soil, in the dirt mound
I look to the heaven for answers to be met by silence
Though my soul wants to become violent
Soon the hidden beast will sleep and I will be normal again
It's always a question of when
When the beast awakens within
The light of the world dims
When the eyes of the beast open
The beast stirs within
I feel the spark of life in my back
Dancing about on my back
I feel a fire deep inside
Is this god's design
How the fire burst, erupts
The energy it contains is enough
My body shakes and quiver
When it's over I feel better

I close my eyes and focus on the star
It seems so near but so far
I collapse on the ground
Laying their in the soil, in the dirt mound
I look to the heaven for answers to be met by silence
Though my soul wants to become violent
Soon the hidden beast will sleep and I will be normal again
It's always a question of when
When the beast awakens within
The light of the world dims
When the eyes of the beast open
The beast stirs within
