Midnight sky
As I laid awake in the midnight sky,The dew covered the ground,
And I could see the shimmer of its glow as the night light shone upon it,
And I heard the nighting gale sing its song to june bugs fluttering at the bulb,
I closed my eyes and drifted to sleep with a melody of somber joy.
