    My Pain
    Ive been thru a lot
    Seen more than a lot
    Mama n I gotten beat up a lot
    But why I cant put it in tha past
    S o my heartache and pain can go away fast
    Tryna hide ma fear unda a thick mask
    Cuz I dont wana go thru wat i saw in tha past
    But when I say this no one seems to care
    "Brittany nuthins gonna happen just leave tha past in tears"
    But tha only man I have truly loved isnt gonna be here
    Cuz he's seein ma smile dyin
    I say " I cant help it man im tryin"
    I dont know wat else to say
    I cant jus make tha pain go away
    It's comin to our last days
    All becuz of ma family's ways
    But I love him with all ma heart and thats all I can say

    What this word craft tells me whether it is about you or whoever that the only thing good is that the words show that the abuse was bad and neither of you deserved it. What can help is to seek some counselling in either a rehab group or from a circle run by a counselor. You will learn to get thru these bad spots and understand it was never never your fault or mamas and you can face it once more and then bring closure to the dark period and emerge good as new in the sunlight. It works, it works, please pass it on if it is someone else or if its you don't be ashamed because it wasn't your blame.........please use this bit of counselling I put before you..........remember your worth it.......
