    Play The Odds Of Life

    A coin has been flipped
    And the odds are 50/50.
If only the same were true
    When it came to life.
    But there are no
“Best two out of three's” in this life.
    We repeat the same mistakes
    Sometimes so many times.
    So many times before,
The coin does come heads up.
    Before we get it right.
There are no counting cards here.
No Black Jack, no 21, or Craps.
    The mathematics of this life,
Is an equation that no genius mind will ever equate.
It can however be compared to the slots
Somewhat, the more you put in,
The more you loose or gain.
So go ahead throw your nickels, dimes, quarters, or dollars.
Whatever it is you so choose.
    The outcome is so simple,
You will either win or you will loose.
And while you are at it,
Put $200 red and spin the wheel,
    Shit, I'm feeling lucky today.

    Postively good, I gave this a 9

Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words.
