Reason to Love

Reason to Love

I once wrote about a man
A man I couldn't identify
A man with no voice or face
A man I loved very much
I knew not his name
But I loved him
I called him my Dream Man
This man has shown himself
When I fist met him,
I thought him unimportant
They told me he liked me
I brushed it off
They made jokes
Again, I ignored it
Then one day, reality hit
I realized, I liked him too
He gave me a reason to get up in the morning
He gave me a reason to go to work
He gave me a reason to write
But most important
He gave me a reason to love
