    Sherri's Petal

Gentle whispers of wind flow through the air
A smell is dancing on my nose, beautiful is this
Scent, beautiful is this day. Thinking of my new
Blossom.Carefuly I step back in admiration of its
Delicate form, careful am I to watch her reveal
Her endless treasure stored so deeply only to
Appear open and in plain site…Softly keys play a
Rapture, a melody is forming opening up like the petals
Of this beautiful flower, steeped in ambient colors
Dancing in circles in the wind are the loose fibers
Of love, hope, caring, modest and thoughtful words
To the same…Shaped are words so skillfully crafted
And yet whispered in stillness unable to truly articulate
The inner divine façade…Truly I glow for that that was once
A stranger, Is now a heroin of words…
