    Storm Has Arrived

Shadows come and darkens the day,
Sun disappears and clouds come your way,
    They linger wanting to say,
The sudden storm has come your way.

I ask you today, What will you do?
What will you do when the storm chooses to stay,
    Do you run and forget,
Or to to stand and proclaim.

    It's easy to explain,
When the storm has not come your way,
But, when it chooses to stay,
    What will you than say?

Will you bid it to leave?
Will you demand it to cease?
Will you ingnore it till it leaves?
Or will you stand with no defeat?

    The storm waits an answer,
    As it stands and waits,
    God looks down and breathes,
The hope now that lies within.

Walk through the storm, don't bid it to leave,
Proclaim your victory and stand still as you wait.
    Don't run through the storm,
    Just walk at God's pace.

When the storm pushes you deep,
Stand on the word for relief.
    Allow the presence of God,
To give you what you need.

    Every storm will pass away,
As it leaves signs of their stay,
But, all begins to grow strong,
Because of the storm which once had to stay.

So, when you meet your next storm,
Stand and proclaim what is yours,
    Learn from the storm,
And it will never bring defeat.

    Hold on to the Lord,
    As you stand and wait,
    Proclaiming Gods word,
And believing with all you faith.
