    tearful hope
    Empty days like blank sheets stare at my face,
    I wonder if I will make it out of this awful place,
    accompanied by weariness, bitterness and sorrow,
    with no hope, joy or faith in a tomorrow.
    Loneliness embraces me like a lost lover,
    I sink deeper in this mire and I suffer,
    joyless, hopeless, faithless and thoughtless,
    I struggle for a foothold in this foggy weakness,
    the dull gray emptiness abounds and astounds,
    I feel emasculated like a wretched greyhound.
    Death should be easier than this,
    its mystery and fear could be bliss.
    A long sigh escapes as I dream once again,
    nothing lasts forever not even sweet pain.

    that is exactly true but lovers suffer more so its in the sense of their vunerability that i wrote. sorry but i hope you enjoy the other poems and remain blessed
