    Than you

Once upon a time, I fell so far
    I hit the ground,
    Thought I'd never walk again
I lost my sight, I went blind,
    Thought I'd never see again.
I went numb, I lost all feeling
    Thought I'd never touch again.
My tounge cut out,my mouth turned raw,
    Thought I'd never taste again.
    My heart torn out,
    Wounds rubbed with salt,
Thought it would never beat again.
    So you opened the door,
    Walked into my life
I tried so hard to turn you away
    But I wanted so much
    For you to stay.
You woke me up from the deepest sleep.
You gave me your heart and soul to keep.
    You trusted me
    Now I can walk
    You opened my eyes,
    Now I can see.
All I want is to touch your face,
Now I want to taste your taste
    The sweat of your body,
    The salt of your tears.
    My heart beats again,
It beats for you, my love
