    The broken glass

There was a pregnat pause as the glass pieces scattered across the floor, the wine dripped all along the table and felll like in slow motion looking at puddle on surface and drops break the peaceful surface.

There was nothing more then anything which was felt the tears mignled like streaks of lightinig all over the distroted face, a cry pitched the air lamintatiing as a lost babe serachs on for its comforting mothers reach , the pain englufed the soul and the bearer fell it to the floor, screams chasing after every singels gasp the pain was amplifeyed and a cast hand to the side was welcomed by pireceing of felsh as a glass shred met the palm and blood came ozzeing out mixing with the red atmosphere of the floor suddenly the air was silent sobs mixed with a gaze at the blood transformed the air, the steading of feet soly transpired and then the stage was bare but the red seeped all over and showed little evidence other then misfortune but the peice of displeasement laid in pain sight soon been soaked in red itself upon the cringeled form stood a the black letters,

sorry to inform you but your test have come back and the cancer is terminal......

I like what yo have begun to do in a wide array of thought and metaphor; but you must take advanatge of the tools at your disposal: dictionary and a thesuarus. If you proofread before you post, it will enhance the finished product and build confidence in your own work. Hope this is helpful, many have come to my aid with constructive advice: It's all good. and write on!

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
