    • I'm hoping to get back into writing, I know its not going to be great at first, but I hope you like what I've got

    The Conqouring

    My broken Heart
    Breaks in two,
    But then again,
    What is new?

    I blame myself...
    But do i blame you?
What if what I thought I wanted wasnt really true?

    Chorus:
I gotta pick up all my broken pieces
    Clue 'em back together,
    Sew the stiches

I gotta give you my love,
    My whole Heart,
    My everything.
    Accept my mistakes,
    and come back to reality.

    Repeat Chorus

It's so hard, to forgive and forget
    How would i know?
    Well i havent yet

But with you by my side
    I know i'll be fine,
    'Cause we can conqure anything!

So i'll pick up all my broken pieces,
    Sew up all those,
    Torn, ripped stiches.

    Because we have Conqured everything.

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
