    The Halli Flower

    The Halli Flower

Oh wow, a summer morning flower in gloroius bloom!
The sweetness of her fragrance draws the makers of honey,
And I like a drone to her lips of honey dew.
Dont look at her alluring petals of her face!
Those beautiful hazel eyes of magnetic hypnotic intoxiaction,
You wont get enough from a glance or a stare.

    She dangles in the breeze,
Her body, like a stem sways in dance to the music of the wind.
You are taking steps to a wriggling bait.
Knowing from occasions before that you are in danger.
Though strong, you weaken as if its your fate.
You give in to loves tempting attraction for satisfaction.
Your heart pleased to appease your desire within.

    Love's snare of gorgeous beauty,
A flower not to be picked.
Just leave her to dance and pull you in.
I am here to experience a flower so rare,
And to dance to love's expression,
In music through her, while with her as I dare.
My mind entrapped in love making,
Making love as love makes me.
Love makes me to dance in romance,
With a flower so rare as Halli.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
