Weakness and the cure

Weakness and the cure.
Aug 31, 2005 9:26 AM

Suddenly my hands fall,
They wont move an inch.
Being persistent I try again,
But, they wouldnt even flinch.

I attempted walking,
And feebly had I done such.
I didnt reached a metre,
For my energy wasnt much.

What could have gone wrong?
Have my nerves gone to sleep?
Is it the sleep that I have loss?
I now begin to weep.

I know of others,
The stress and turmoil of life as broken them down.
When I think of their wheelchair and the position I'm in,
I now begin to groan.

But since I know my problem,
And its not yet full effect.
I'll make a change of my ways:
I will try to become perfect.

The situation that you're in,
does it have you feeling helpless?
No power to fix it, you cant move:
Another form of weakness.

If only we live by the rules of God,
They are from, and are above.
Then we could and would recognise,
The strenght and power of his love.
