    The Heart of a Dancer

    That beautiful dancer
    So small and sweet
    Slides all left and right
    On small graceful feet

    Performance is her heart
    And the reason she lives
The gift that keeps on giving
That gives and gives and gives

One day she'll be on tv
One day she'll be a star
That one small spark of fame
    Will get her very far

    She hops in the air
    And spins round and round
Her tiny feet make no noise
    When they hit the ground

    She twirls and pops
    she has so much fun
    She takes a big bow
Once the whole dance is dont...

    A standing ovation

    And the crowd goes wild

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
