The Miracle That Is
Waking to a new day
in light of brilliant shine,
Finding through His grace and mercy
I'm clothed in my right mind.
Placing feet on shaky ground
yet still able to stand;
Manuvering through life's murky waters
holding His unchanging hand.
Trusting Him to lead me
the way that I should go,
No other shelter in the storm,
nor other help I know.
As witness to the toils and strife
and earthly miseries,
My trials have made me stronger
and with faith I do believe
In the miracle that is the love of God
His mercy and His grace;
And knowing that in His chosen time
I shall meet Him face to face.
