The Mother You Are

Your children are blessed,
 to have such a mother.
 There love for you,
 is unlike any other.
 Your special to them,
 you know you are,
 While walking on the beach,
 or driving in your car.
 Kind hearted and true,
 this your children do see.
 A dedicated woman,
 you were born to be.
 This special poem,
 to your heart I do send.
 For within these words,
 there are bandaids to help you mend.
 I just saw that smile,
 you released while reading this poem.
 For I can see into your heart,
 the place your smile calls home.
 Your children know your heart,
 they have seen your tears.
 They have been given a gift,
 to take away your fears.
