The Stregths of Love and Pain
In my heart there is love so pure and so strong,And for most who have known me, they do think it's wrong,
But I know that it's not, for tis love that feels great,
And I'd much more want that than I'd want to feel hate,
For it feels oh so clean and so soft and so sweet,
That it warms up my soul with each precious heart beat,
Tis not me, though, that's wrong, for I know what few do,
How it feels, when forever, love lives within you,
When loves deep inside, strength within grows so strong,
That the darkest of times could not break through your song,
Experience showed me that these words hold the truth,
And I'm lucky to know this so young in my youth,
This knowledge, although, did not come easy for me,
For I had to feel the pain with just as much intensity,
But the pain that intense forced my eyes open wide,
And for the first time I saw all the beauty outside,
So now when I look at the world that surrounds me,
It's no longer great emptiness but great love that I see,
So happy am i now, that I've found the master key,
For now I know that love was what finally set me free.
