We are lost...

Condemed to live in darkness

To walk on the path without a sinlge ray of light

We cling to the past

Wishing we could change what we've done

But never look forward to the future that is to come

Trying to fit into a world who cares nothing about us

Buying the latest clothes and shoes

Trying to fill the void inside us

Smoking, Drinking, trying to ease the pain

But all we're doing is driving ourselves insane

Then we find ourselves upon a fork in our path

One way can save you from all of the pain

The other will only keep you locked down in chains

God can save us all we have to do is accept

But what do we do?

We just look around Him and neglect

We neglect His teachings and His ways

We neglect the possibilities of better days

But when we do accept and realize the Truth

We realize that we will no longer wonder in darkness without a light

There will be no more sorrow and pain

But only happiness and joy to gain

I speak of God because I am not ashamed

I'm not ashamed to proclaim His name

I'm taking the Bible to make disciples

To make disciples I have to open the Bible

Yes the Bible was written by men but it was inspired by God

And God is the wind that can clear up the fog

That is clouding your mind

He can fill the void that is deep inside

Deep inside your heart in the pit of your soul

The one thing that your soul is yearning for

The Redeemed of the Lord say so

So run for Christ, run para Cristo
