Observations, couples, young and old
Searching, there, timeless…
Hand in hand, still that puppy love look in their eyes
After years together, married, still in loveLust, a kiss, to what may seem odd, to some
To others, hope, that in love, after years, still lust.
A stroke of a cheek, a grab, a pass, as if they were 17
How sweet.
Hope and assurance that happy endings do exist
After time has worn away at old bodies, young souls still linger.
Observation: it is possible to stay in love with lust
Timeless
That is the word, this is true,
In the old, there room for the new.
