    Tracey

Tracey, I remember the day I first saw your face,
that's a day that no one, or anything can replace.

Tracey, I remember how you always made me mad,
but it never lasted long cause you could always make me laugh.

Tracey I remember your sister telling me not to go into the light,
but she was too late I was already beyond the night.

Tracey i remember how you tried me make me tough,
by licking my face and other stuff.

Tracey I remember the first night we made love,
I knew then that you came from above.

Tracey I remember the first time you made me cry,
and you apologized and explained why.

Tracey I remember you asking me when did you lose me,
and I told you that, that will never be.

Tracey you're in my mind, body, and soul
with a love like this I refuse to let go.

Tracey I remember the day you walked in my life,
and at that moment you healed all my heartache and strife.

Tracey can you feel me losing my mind?

Tracey can you see my body beginning to tremble?

Tracey can you see my soul breaking apart?

Tracey can you see me on my knees begging you to stay in my life?

Tracey what am I to do with out you?

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
